My dissertation explores the intersection of science, empire, and apocalypse in the Hellenistic and early Roman worlds, with my dissertation focusing on Euhemerism, Enochic literature, and Ptolemaic kingship. Pursuing a Secondary Field in History of Science, I am especially devoted to recovering ancient histories of science and the politics thereof. My broader research interests include Hellenistic historiography, cultic change, and composition of the Hebrew Bible.
