Siobhan Kelly is a PhD student in Religion, Gender, and Culture with a secondary field in Studies of Women, Gender, and Sexuality. Their work, published in Journal of Feminist Studies in Religion and Theology & Sexuality, examines the development of contemporary understandings of gender, sex, and sexuality, specifically attending to the historical development of the field we now call transgender studies and its relation to "belief" and "biology.” Siobhan received a BA in Religion from Tufts University in 2015 and an MTS from Harvard Divinity School in 2017.
