Christy's research interests lie at the intersections of Religious History, Medicine and Critical Black Studies. More specifically, she is interested in the religious ecologies orbiting the construction of the Human through medical and theological enterprises in the United States. Christy is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania's School of Nursing and Yale Divinity School. Christy is a Haitian American from Miami, Florida.
