Steve Rizzo is a PhD Candidate in the subfield of Christianity and Religious Thought (Philosophy and Theology). His research explores the intersecting legacies of colonialism and the magisterial traditions of the Protestant Reformations. Steve’s current research interests include theological anthropology and constructions of the human; the theological legacies of Lutheran traditions in the Caribbean and Atlantic world; and theology’s possibilities for decolonial thought. He holds an MDiv from Harvard Divinity School and a BA in English/Philosophy from New College of Florida.
